PRE-DELIVERY SET UP:
Please DO NOT cut the grass (where the inflatable is to be setup) the day of the party.
SILLY STRING ETC:
The use of Silly String and other types of spray, liquid, or other items in the rentals is strictly prohibited. This is for the safety of those enjoying the rental as well as to protect the rental item from damage.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Please be sure there is easy access in to an appropriate electrical outlet in close proximity to inflatable or food machine. Please be ready for the delivery, it helps our drivers stay on schedule...please respect the next customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bounce Nation Inc. does not require a deposit to hold your bouncer and date, therefore we do not charge you for cancelling. Note: Once the rental item(s) are delivered, payment is expected in full and NO REFUND will be given.
PICK UP OF RENTAL ITEMS:
Driver pick-up time is approximate. The driver may arrive as early as 9PM on the last day of the rental period, or as late as 2AM to pick up the equipment. The customer is responsible for, and required to stay with all the equipment until it is picked up by our representative, or other arrangements have been made.
